Combat Photographer Wirth on the case

At the height of Monday’s rush hour in Tallinn, police partially halted traffic on Jõe Street for several hours. Police believed one of the blocks of flats may have housed a “considerable amount of explosive substance.” Police report a suspicious substance was found but cannot yet confirm its nature. City Paper’s combat photographer, Sophie Lee Wirth (pictured left), was on the job but unable to capture images of the substance.
