Vilnius boasts top standard of living in Baltic

A Mercer Human Resource Consulting study determined that of 215 cities in the world, Vilnius ranks top in the Baltic states in terms of standard of living—at 82^nd place overall. Tallinn ranked 89^th with Riga in 92^nd place. The survey evaluated crime level, banking services, sporting opportunities, network of schools, public transportation, climate, health care, pollution, and other factors.
