UNICEF says Estonian children exposed to risks

A UNICEF study shows that the fatal accident risk of children in Estonia is significantly higher than in most Western countries, with approximately 40 fatalities per 100,000 children. Estonia had the fourth highest rate in the survey, after Israel, Russia, and Latvia.  Toomas Palu, the Estonian representative of UNICEF, stressed the need for more preventive measures, calling for government action in this area.
