Aaviksoo spices up boring bureaucracy

Minister of defence Jaak Aaviksoo raised the issue of cyber attacks at the EU Council of Ministers meeting on defense. “It brought a moment of anxiety into the general somewhat bureaucratic atmosphere,” commented Aaviksoo “It was clearly perceived as an important problem, but concrete decisions were not made.”
