Staggers + Football Fans = Trouble ?
The Estonian police are preparing for the arrival of thousands of British football fans in Tallinn on June 6th when the Brits battle the Estonians. The Estonian police have noted that British fans have behaved very well of late. They did not mention, however, the fact that Estonian police are fresh from the battlefield and now have the gear and experience to deal with unruly fans.
