Nope, this is not an advertisement. The City Paper editor is tired of his crappy internet connection and has many friends with the same problem. Despite Estonia’s e-culture, their service culture is c- crap. Eesti Energia is offering a new internet service which we’ve all heard rumors about for weeks.
