Bridge for sale? An Estonian government committee has selected two routes for either a bridge or tunnel connecting EstoniaÂ’s mainland and her largest island, Saaremaa. The project will cost at least 2.75 billion kroons (176 million euros) and hopes are it could be completed by 2014. Most likely is the construction of a bridge, since a tunnel, experts conclude, would be at least twice as expensive as a bridge.
