Estonians in space?
Not astronauts, but maybe studfish.
The Estonian state voiced its interest last week in joining the European Space Agency. The Estonian education and science ministry has created a “space studfish group” to work toward that end. The Estonians claimed to have been warmly received by the ESA in Paris. Estonians noted that joining the ESA is a complicated process which could last nearly five years. The ESA was created in 1975 and has 17 member countries.
