First ticks spotted in Lithuania
Oh, were it so warm in Estonia!
Breaking news: A Klaipeda woman who walked her dog in the forest found a tick on her pet’s head. Ticks usually wake up at the end of the first month of spring, notes an expert, though some years ago, the first tick was detected on March 8th. Tick-watchers should know that temperatures should reach five degrees above zero before it pays to look for ticks. City Paper recommends you wait a bit before taking your family on a tick-spotting holiday.
