Congratulations Mrs. Cilluffo!

Estonia opened its third honorary consulate in the USA in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Estonia’s new honorary consul in Portsmouth is Mrs. Irja Cilluffo, whose consular region covers New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Mrs. Cilluffo is a graduate of the Zurich Business College in trade and languages. She has lived in Portsmouth since 1987. Estonia has also an honorary consul in Los Angeles and Chicago.
