Full-time cop to solve capers from Moscow.
Estonia's Minister of the Interior Kalle Laanet says that to better fight international crime, Estonia needs liaison officers in both St. Petersburg and Moscow. Estonia currently keeps an officer in St. Petersburg, but Laanet flew to Moscow recently to conclude an agreement to send a man to Moscow. Estonia is the only Baltic state without a liaison officer in Moscow.
