Twelve vie for Estonian Post CEO job
Twelve people are running for the position of the CEO of Estonia’s postal company, Eesti Post, and a total of 20 persons have applied for membership of the company’s management board. Eesti Post’s current CEO, Peeter Raudsepp, will step down in October. The selection will be made by the supervisory board of Eesti Post by mid-September.
Recently, local press reported that Estonian Post management member Kalle Tarien spent 360,000 kroons (23,000 euros) in restaurant bills with his company credit card in the past year—that’s a lot of lunches in Estonia. Whether Raudsepp has had to take responsibility for his subordinate’s behavior is not yet known.
