Are Lithuanians computer illiterate?
Survey shows most Lithuanians can use only main functions of computers.
A survey commissioned by IBM in Lithuania has concluded that 55 percent of Lithuanians cannot manage to install a new version of a program on a computer.Every fifth Lithuanian citizen claimed he needed no assistance to install the latest version of a program. The task caused more problems for women: 61 percent could not install a program (47 percent of men were unable).
