Her Majesty, the Queen of Great Britain, is visiting the Baltic this week. Her first stop was in Lithuania. While many speeches and meetings are perfunctory, our hat is off to Her Majesty for her sincere remarks made in Lithuania: “...We admire the speed with which you have moved from being a recipient of international aid to being a generous donor, from an importer of security to a country contributing materially to the security of others.”
