President Adamkus' New Heart

The widely admired Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus, now has a heart stimulator, as reported by The Baltic Times. The medical device was implanted after Adamkus was hospitalized with a heart arrhythmia. The 81 year-old President's doctor reported that his patient has the health of a man twenty years younger, and after a little rest, he will be perfectly fine.

Adamkus joins other politicians such as former French President Jacques Chirac, United States Vice-President Dick Cheney and former Polish President Lech Walesa who also have heart stimulators.
